Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Provider Relations Representative to join a dynamic team in California. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is eager to support the provider relations function. The position offers an opportunity to manage provider information, resolve issues, and enhance the overall provider experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Add, update, and maintain provider information in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve identified provider issues as they arise.
  • Update and maintain required provider reports.
  • Provide medical providers and administrators access to online eligibility verification.
  • Process applications, requests for access, and the assignment/management of usernames and passwords.
  • Produce provider directories as requested.
  • Lead, participate, and maintain assigned surveys.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • 2 years' related experience in the healthcare industry, preferably HMO.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.

Required Work Hours:

Monday through Friday, first shift.

Benefits:

The role offers competitive pay, with a minimum of $19 per hour and a maximum of $23 per hour.
